SMS Terms and Conditions

Program description

Healthcare Automation Services LLC offers optional SMS programs for its software applications. After you opt in for a specific application, messages may include account notifications, requested-result notifications, service updates, reminders, and responses to customer-care conversations. Messages identify Healthcare Automation Services and the applicable application.

Consent and eligibility

You enroll by providing a valid mobile number and affirmatively selecting an unchecked SMS consent option in the applicable application. SMS consent is voluntary, applies only to the program identified when you enroll, and is not a condition of purchase or use of the underlying service. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the provided number and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests, and the notifications enabled in each application. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges govern your mobile service.

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages from the sending number. Because multiple Healthcare Automation Services applications may use the same number, a STOP request may stop messages for all programs using that number. You may also change application-specific notification preferences within the applicable application when that option is available. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and program availability may change.

Privacy

Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms as our messaging programs or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
